Customer Service Specialist
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a full-time, interim basis in Windsor, VT! This role is perfect for someone with attention to detail and professional communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about available products and services
  • Enter data to schedule and track deliveries and pickups
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Customer Service Specialist

  • Customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a transportation or warehouse environment preferred
  • Positive, professional demeanor
