Customer Service Specialist
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a full-time, interim basis in Windsor, VT! This role is perfect for someone with attention to detail and professional communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist
- Answer incoming calls
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about available products and services
- Enter data to schedule and track deliveries and pickups
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Customer Service Specialist
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience in a transportation or warehouse environment preferred
- Positive, professional demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
